DESCRIPTION:Overview: A relaxed outdoor entertainment experience where guests can enjoy acoustic sets\, local bands\, and solo artists performing live on the estate grounds. \nThe Vibe: Casual and outdoors\, providing a backdrop of rolling vineyard views. \nPairings: Guests can order flight tastings\, glasses\, or bottles of Ransom Ridge’s small-batch handcrafted wines and hard ciders alongside food options. \nSchedule: Typically runs on weekend afternoons and evenings (e.g.\, Fridays/Saturdays 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM and Sundays 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM) throughout the peak seasonal calendar. \nRANSOM TWP. — Located off of Newton Ransom Boulevard\, Ransom Ridge Winery and Cidery graces the countryside on Port Royal Road. It has a small vineyard and a big vineyard. During its inaugural season\, 2\,800 vines have been grown in the big vineyard to produce four varieties of hybrid grapes (cayuga white\, aravelle\, pink pearl\, and catawba) that are suited for the colder temperatures. Eighteen tons of grapes were pressed to make wines such as Riesling\, Cabernet Franc\, and Gris. Apples and juices are sent from Grassy Ridge Farm in Noxen to craft hard ciders\, including one that’s semi-dry and one that’s semi-sweet.
